If you are a Rochester Runner, chances are you’ve heard of Kelly. Her humor, drive, and contagious personality make her one of the city’s most well-known running coaches. While Kelly is a RRCA Certified Running Coach, trained in both Sports Nutrition and Weight Management, it is her individualized style and commitment that has led so many runners to exceed their goals with her support.
Kelly’s site has information on individual programming and her high energy Tuesday group training sessions. The group meets every Tuesday from 6-7:15pm at Joshua Park, Irondequoit. Training session goers have fun while pushing themselves and supporting one and other. They focus on speed work, running drills & strength building…making sure to always laugh and stay positive through the process.
